Specialized PTSD & Trauma Support Services

Trauma can feel all-consuming and invisible at the same time. Many people have done important work, including therapy, but still feel stuck and unsure what can move the needle.

At Bella Health, we provide personalized, specialized trauma care for adults experiencing PTSD and trauma-related issues. Our approach blends compassion, clinical expertise, and a relational style with evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Exposure Therapies

We offer telehealth sessions in California, Massachusetts, and Maine, and in-person appointments in California.

Understanding Trauma & PTSD?

Trauma can feel all-consuming and invisible at the same time. While most people will experience a traumatic event during their lifetime, not everyone develops PTSD. For many, initial reactions gradually improve with time. For others, trauma continues to affect the way they think, feel, relate to others, and move through the world long after the event has ended.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, or a series of traumatic events. People with PTSD often experience distressing memories, emotions, physical reactions, and significant changes in the way they view themselves, others, and the world that persist well beyond the danger itself.
