Bella Health accepts some Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS MA) plans. Coverage may also extend to members of other state BCBS plans.

To confirm whether your plan includes services at Bella Health (9 North St, Salem, MA), call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

• Is Bella Health an in-network provider for my plan?

• For out-of-state BCBS plans: My provider is contracted with BCBS of MA, does my plan include coverage for this?

• What is my copay, deductible, or coinsurance for outpatient mental health services?

Have a different PPO plan? You may have out-of-network (OON) benefits. If so, you’ll pay at the time of service, and we’ll provide a detailed receipt (superbill) to help you request reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Private Pay Rates
– 50-minute session: $250
– 75-minute session: $325

– Bundle: Two 50-minute “intensive” sessions per week – $450
– Bundle: Three 50-minute “intensive” sessions per week – $600

Sliding scale spots are available on a case-by-case, time-limited basis.
