Crisis and After Hours
Bella Health does not offer crisis or after hours support. It is crucial that clients have proper support in place in the chance of a crisis. An agreed upon safety and crisis plan will be established prior to therapy to identify local crisis and after hours resources and to obtain necessary releases of information. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for individual and group sessions may result in a 50% fee of the service rate.  Clients are responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible charges at the time of the canceled/no show appointment. All cancellations/no show fees must be paid before the next session occurs.  


Payment Policy
All payments must be received at the start of each session or can be paid in advance unless otherwise determined.
